“I was trying to juggle with 2 kids and renovation, and I had some ideas but I didn’t know where to start. I wasn’t sure about working with someone randomly found on Instagram remotely, never met in person. But this was the best decision I ever made in this remodel project. Lauren is amazing! She quickly moved to find a general contractor in my area who was reliable and affordable. She helped me in many ways, not only for design choices, but also for stress management when things were not going right. Of course, there are so many things that can go wrong when you are renovating. But Lauren was always there to support me, guide me, and calm me down. She has a great eye for design and color. She sent me paint samples and helped me pick a good white along with cabinet color and flooring. She also nailed down drawer height customization and cabinet hardware orientation. She made sure everything was functional and beautiful. She is very professional, friendly, and communicative. She always responded to my messages and calls promptly and patiently. She listened to my needs and preferences and respected my opinions. She also challenged me to try new things and be more creative. She taught me a lot about kitchen design and renovation. She is more than a designer, she’s a friend. She cheered me up when I was feeling down or overwhelmed. She celebrated with me when I achieved a milestone or finished a task. She made me feel confident and happy about what I was doing. I loved her service so much. She helped me transform my kitchen and my life. She made the whole process fun and enjoyable.
